Head Greens Superintendent

As the Head Greens Superintendent, you will be responsible for the maintenance of 27 holes and the overall club grounds to ensure they meet the highest standards. You will serve as an experienced manager overseeing all maintenance personnel, providing leadership and guidance to maintain a pristine golf course. Your primary duty will be to develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the golf course and related budgets to optimize operational efficiency while meeting quality standards.
You will work closely with golf course management to align maintenance schedules with play schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to club members and guests. You will also be responsible for managing equipment, inventory, and chemical applications to maintain the health and aesthetics of the course. Your expertise in turf management and irrigation systems will be critical in preserving the quality of the greens and fairways throughout the year.
