Position Overview The Head of Clinical Operations & Collaborative Care plays a crucial role in leading and managing our clinical operations team. Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Oversee and coordinate behavioral health care in collaboration with primary care providers and other service providers. Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve care delivery and patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Facilitate incident-to billing processes and optimize operational efficiencies. Participate in direct patient care as needed, using evidence-based interventions to support patient outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation of clinical activities in electronic health records. Collaborate with the leadership team to implement and refine behavioral health care models. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical operations. Coordinate the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process with primary care providers (PCPs) to ensure efficient billing and reimbursement. Track and manage clinical outcome metrics such as HEDIS metrics to ensure high-quality care and compliance with performance standards. Contribute to the Value-Based Care (VBC) contracting strategy to align with organizational goals. About You Master's degree in social work or a related field, with an active LCSW unrestricted license preferred. Experienced in AIMS Center's Collaborative Care (CoCM) Model and implemented collaborative care from scratch Remote work experience and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.
