The Head of Commercial Operations is responsible for the development, implementation, and daily management of commercial manufacturing operations to meet the future needs of Serán's commercial business. The chosen candidate will be part of the team that develops Serán's value proposition, offerings, and pricing strategy, while strengthening client relationships. In addition to supporting the Business Development team with the acquisition of new business and maintaining existing business, this position will also be responsible for leading and managing the commercial operations team inclusive of technical transfers, project proposals, commercial analysis, and commercial development. Ideal candidates will demonstrate direct experience with commercial facility operations, successful leadership roles, and business acumen to advance the mission and values of Serán BioScience.
