We are looking for strong talent with exceptional creative writing and concepting abilities to report to our CMO with a focus on elevating our creative products across the board for content targeted at every from ages 4-104. This is a player/coach type role, where you'll be doing both hands-on writing and management of staff resources who will help in creating copy.
Duties and Responsibilities: Concept, write, and edit high-quality copy for a wide range of internal marketing needs, including website descriptions, mobile app copy, ad campaigns, PR materials, petitions, email journeys, direct mail, video titles and descriptions, social media captions, and fundraising materials.Proofread and refine copy created by team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our brand voice and strategy.Adapt messaging to seamlessly target both our Kids and general (Grown-Up) audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.Create talking points and narrative for external ad partners and influencer campaigns.Work on creative concepting for ideas ranging from company social media campaigns to presenter/talent appearances.Successful Candidates Will Possess: 10+ years of experience in copywriting and the creative field, with staff management abilities.Extensive understanding of our digital media landscape and conservative-focused content.Impeccable writing skills and proof/copyediting skills.Passion for social media and good understanding of key trends.Able to self-motivate, hold yourself accountable and no ego.Exceptional creative writing skills with a focus on donor-targeted and fundraising content. Our donors span all ages/generations, and our Kids content specifically targets parents of elementary, middle and high school-aged students.Your copy flows like a symphony, masterfully changing hearts and minds while connecting deeply with different audiences.How to Apply: First review our website at www.prageru.com. Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $140,000 - $160,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
