We're looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the next phase of product growth.
The YouTube Playables Head of Engineering will be responsible for scaling Playables by deepening its integration into YouTube, and empowering developers to succeed.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $237,000-$337,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

ResponsibilitiesLead engineering for the YouTube Playables organization.Review and contribute to the Playables technical roadmap and long-term investments, as well as assess launches and major decisions.Develop and recruit talent to meet Playables' goals, and represent Playables in front of YouTube leadership.Engage with engine partners and game developers.Own production metrics and performance, manage technical dependencies with YouTube and Google teams.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
