Head of Facebook Brand Marketing Responsibilities:Contribute to Facebook's long-term strategic direction and drive stakeholder alignment.Lead the development of Facebook app's integrated annual brand plans across global markets.Identify opportunities for brand growth/expansion, enable teams to develop and execute plans to realize those opportunities with speed, efficiency and rigor.Drive cross-functional collaboration across disciplines (e.g., Creator Marketing, Partnerships, Communications, Marketing Insights, Product Growth, Product Marketing, Direct Response Marketing) to drive rigor, coherence and innovation to Facebook's collective MarComms efforts.Drive close collaboration with Marketing Insights to establish the brand's learning agenda, gain a deep understanding of our core audiences, promote a test and learn mindset.Manage the agency roster and own the relationship with partner agencies. Strategically guide agencies to create big, breakthrough ideas that drive results and delight consumers.Enroll and manage stakeholders across the business to drive alignment, unblock obstacles, and identify opportunities for Facebook Marketing to expand its impact.Coach and develop a high performing team of brand marketers and strategists, establish team goals and OKRs, manage team resources.Minimum Qualifications:12+ years experience building and growing global brands.7+ years of experience with team leadership and people management, including managing people managers.Experience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated, full funnel consumer marketing plans that have effectively scaled across global markets and/or across audiences.Experience translating complex or ambiguous business challenges to simple, compelling marketing strategies and plans.Experience developing and coaching high performing integrated brand marketing teams.Communication and presentation skills that can be adapted for audiences at all knowledge and seniority levels across the organization.Experience operationalizing complex, full funnel marketing plans.Preferred Qualifications:Experience successfully revitalizing an established brand.Tech sector experience.Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.Innately curious and knowledgeable about consumers, culture and the art and science of brand building.Possess a growth mindset and understand how to foster a test-and-learn approach across teams.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.About Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. $180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
