Head Of Finance

Details of the offer

As Head of Finance, you will be the driving force ensuring that Anthro achieves our goals as efficiently and quickly as possible.
You will work alongside the CEO to set budgets, goals, and strategic plans for Anthro's future.
You will oversee Anthro's finance, business operations, HR, and administrative functions.
You will help set the long-term plans for the company and drive towards their completion.
What you will do: Own financial planning and analysis and budgetingOwn development of Anthro financial models for grants, fundraising, and strategic decision makingOversee company KPI tracking, goal setting, and internal communication protocolsIdentify and evaluate financial plans for large capital projects and strategic partnershipsWork alongside the CEO and company leadership to execute dilutive and non-dilutive fundraising processesManage Anthro's business operations team, including full-time and part-time members in HR, finance, recruiting, and company administrationManage and execute the 'behind the scenes' work required to ensure smooth company operation'Whatever it takes' to push the company forwardWork in-person, on-site at Anthro's pilot facility in AlamedaMinimum Qualifications: Strong financial background and excitement about excel strongly preferredLow-ego, willing to get your hands dirty at an early stage startup7+ years experience in finance, corporate development, or consulting2+ years of startup-specific experience preferredExperience with large scale capital projects and CAPEX intensive businessesB.S.
or M.S.
