The Role As Head of Finance, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring fiscal discipline as we scale. This role requires a mix of strategic foresight, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to managing our finance function in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Create and maintain corporate operating plan including defining of key assumptions, partnering with functional leaders to define inputs, presenting outputs in a clear and concise fashion, and provide insight to drive improved outcomes.Oversee existing external accounting firm to ensure accurate accounting and on time completion of key tasks.Ensure adherence to plan including cash and expense managementEstablish appropriate systems, financial controls and processes to support a high growth business.Corporate owner of metrics and OKRs including the defining, tracking, and reporting of key metrics.Partner with GTM organization around a variety of analyses including pricing strategies, capacity planning, pipeline modeling, and sales productivity.Build and manage a high-performing finance team as the company grows.Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders including to the board of directorsRequirements 7+ years of experience in a relevant role with increasing responsibilities in a high growth environment.Experience should include both SaaS experience and deep partnership with an enterprise GTM organization.Experience using and implementing a variety of finance tools for various needs including accounts payable, expense management, GL management, and budget & planning.Communication: Ability to clearly articulate your point with an assertive mindset in order to drive to quick alignment on a path forward.Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects, set priorities, and drive execution to meet critical milestones.Change Management: Skilled in change management, with a track record of implementing process improvements that support.Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in analyzing data and trends to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions across the company.Curiosity: Be inquisitive and question why things are done without accepting the status quo.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships and work closely with leaders across all departments, contributing to regular reporting and planning.Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve potential roadblocks early on, ensuring smooth operations and that teams are not hindered by finance tools or processes.We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. We pay all employees competitively relative to the market. In compliance with pay transparency laws and in pursuit of pay equity and fairness, we publish salary ranges for our open roles. The target salary range for this role is $170,000 - $220,000.
