About the Role:Anthropic is seeking an experienced recruiting leader to scale our G&A, Communications, and Policy recruiting function during a period of unprecedented growth. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies that align with our mission to create safe, reliable AI systems while building out world-class G&A, Communications, and Policy teams. You will work closely with key leadership partners to understand their unique needs and create data-driven recruiting processes that identify and attract exceptional talent.
This role will report to our Head of Talent.
Responsibilities:Design and implement a comprehensive G&A, Communications, and Policy recruiting strategy that scales with Anthropic's rapid growth and evolving needs around Claude and future AI productsBuild and lead a high-performing recruiting team focused on G&A, Communications, and Policy roles, including establishing hiring processes, metrics, and best practicesPartner closely with G&A, Comms and Policy leadership to deeply understand technical and business requirements of their worlds to attract the very best in the fieldDevelop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging data analytics and market insights to identify and attract top G&A, Communications, and Policy talentPartner to create and implement structured interview processes that effectively assess candidates' abilities to operate and be successful in a dynamic AI spaceEstablish recruiting operations infrastructure including systems, tools, and dashboards to drive efficiency and provide actionable insights across the recruitment functionDrive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruiting processProvide strategic guidance to leadership on G&A, Communications, and Policy organizational design, compensation, and talent market trends.Build strong partnerships across the organization, particularly with People Operations, Finance, and Legal teamsYou may be a good fit if you:Have 10+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years leading corp functions/G&A recruiting teams, preferably in high-growth technology companiesHave experience scaling recruiting functions from the ground up, including establishing processes, systems, and teamsShow proven ability to build diverse, equitable, and inclusive teamsAre skilled at using data and analytics to drive recruiting strategy and demonstrate impactExcel at building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing without authorityAre passionate about developing recruiting team members and creating a culture of excellenceThink strategically about long-term talent needs while executing tactically in a fast-paced environmentHave strong business acumen and ability to connect recruiting strategy to business objectivesStrong candidates may also:Have experience recruiting for AI/ML companies or other highly technical productsBring expertise in recruiting operations and talent analyticsHave experience scaling recruiting functions through multiple stages of company growthDemonstrate success in building innovative sourcing programs for hard-to-fill rolesDeadline to apply:We will close this public posting on January 8, 2025.Please note that Anthropic is closed for business December 23, 2024 through January 1, 2025 and we will begin reviewing applications once we return from break.
