We are hiring Head of Global Sales, EUSA.
In this role, you will lead the strategic sales efforts for our software solutions aimed at financial institutions, payment processors, national switches and other payment service providers.
You will manage a team of professionals across sales, account management, pre-sales, sales support and sales operations.
Your role and principal measurement will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and ensuring effective delivery of our payment solutions.
Responsibilities include pursuing new named clients, maximizing cross-sell opportunities, providing accurate sales forecasting and expense expectations, and overseeing personnel management, all focused on attaining division financial targets.
Responsibilities Define and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to achieve revenue objectives. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering an environment of growth and accountability. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to expand market share. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Participate in industry networking and conferences to represent Euronet's software solutions. Requirements Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in sales and sales leadership roles within the payments industry with a software and/or managed services provider. Demonstrated success in managing remote teams in disparate geographic regions and driving revenue growth in a complex sales environment. Strong understanding of payment solutions, banking processes, and industry standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead the pursuit of new client acquisition and maximize cross-sell opportunities. Strong administrative skills with experience in accurate forecasting and financial reporting. Proven ability to manage team performance through mentoring, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic market. Work Environment: This role currently operates in a professional office setting, with international travel as required to client sites, industry events, and conferences. Must be available to coordinate with US-based colleagues and leaders on a regular basis. This position may be handled outside of the home office location for the right individual.
