This critical role will define and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's mission-driven objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly within the fashion and apparel sectors, and will excel in building strong relationships with both internal teams and global partners. In this position, you will oversee all facets of supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability while promoting best practices. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing partnerships with suppliers and cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing and production processes. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to identify and implement supply chain best practices aimed at reducing errors and delays. Additionally, you will ensure that supply chain goals are in sync with the organization's broader mission and strategic objectives. This includes establishing long-term goals for distribution partnerships and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Requirements: 20+ years of experience in supply chain management, including director-level experience in the fashion and apparel sector. Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a major plus. Proven expertise with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and e-commerce platforms. In-depth knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance. Strong experience in managing sourcing and manufacturing relationships within the apparel and textile industries. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process optimization and team development. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive strategic goals in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 30% of the time.
