About the roleAt Rippling, the growth team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation.
Our team's job is to maximize revenue by efficiently generating leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and converting them into sales demos and revenue.
We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.
As a leader on our growth team, you'll own the end-to-end performance of growth in our Core HR platform, diligently optimizing while also exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.
Working hand in hand with our sales team, you'll scale the growth engine responsible for our biggest product suite: Core HR.
You'll maximize our penetration of target accounts across all segments (from small business to enterprise).
And by running experiments, developing a playbook, and pushing the envelope, you'll hit ambitious targets.
What you will doDrive pipeline for Core New Logo Sales: Take ownership of the strategy and execution for generating MQLs (marketing qualified leads) and SQOs (sales qualified opportunities) for Rippling's highest revenue-generating product, the Core HR platform.Build, analyze, and iterate on ABM playbooks: Leverage a variety of channels—including email, paid ads, direct mail, content, webinars, and field marketing—to drive pipeline and ROI within our target accounts.Craft a scalable nurture motion: Develop and implement a strategic approach to nurture leads effectively at scale.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams: Execute a wide variety of Special Projects and Integrated Marketing campaigns.Analyze data to identify what's effective: Manipulate and analyze data in SQL and Excel to drive campaign ideas and analyze results for improvements.Constantly innovate: Push the envelope, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to unlock scale and ROI.What you will need8+ years of experience: In growth, demand gen, finance, consulting, strategy, or product in a fast-paced environment, including 3+ years of team management experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Regularly write copy for marketing campaigns and communicate ideas across the organization.Experience collaborating cross-functionally: Work well with others and drive initiatives forward.Analytical mindset: Manipulate and analyze data in SQL and Excel.Willing to roll up your sleeves: Expect to work hard to get the job done.Bias for speed & ownership mentality: Set a similar pace for your team and own initiatives end-to-end.Strong attention to detail: Dive into the weeds and pick up on important details.Ability to navigate through ambiguity: Recognize that the path to goals won't always be straightforward.A hacker's mentality: Find novel ways to efficiently scale every program.Additional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.

The pay range for this role is:
215,000 - 280,000 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
