Who You Are: You are a creative and results-driven Growth Marketer with a proven track record of breaking the mold to drive user acquisition and engagement. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled at devising and executing marketing strategies that challenge conventional approaches and capture attention. With a hands-on attitude and a hacker's mindset, you are ready to experiment with and implement growth tactics that significantly increase our market presence and customer base.
What You Will Do: Develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies that push the boundaries of traditional marketing. You will be responsible for finding unique and effective ways to attract and retain customers, leveraging both digital and offline channels.Constantly test and optimize marketing tactics based on data-driven insights. This includes A/B testing, channel optimization, and exploring unconventional marketing tactics that disrupt the norm and capture audience attention.Work closely with the product, sales, and content teams to align growth initiatives with business goals. Your strategies will need to be cohesive across all platforms and stages of the customer journey to maximize impact.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of your marketing strategies. Use this data to refine approaches, scale successful tactics, and discontinue those that do not meet ROI thresholds.What You Will Need: 5+ years in growth marketing or similar roles, ideally in a B2B tech environment.Proven experience in a growth marketing role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to scale a product or service in creative ways.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to overcome challenges and achieve marketing objectives.A strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done.Located in San Francisco Bay Area, willing to come into our office 5 days a weekWe encourage all qualified candidates to apply!
