Position Summary: Page Global Technologies® is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our company. You will be instrumental in hiring and interviewing candidates, ensuring employee compliance with security trainings, and maintaining company records. Your expertise will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, contribute to creating a productive work environment, and ensure legal compliance in employment practices.
Key Responsibilities: Create hiring processes, from preparing s to posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Ensure all employees complete mandatory security trainings and maintain compliance. Maintain meticulous records for company activities including reviews, training, and employee data. Support the creation and execution of HR initiatives and systems that promote company values. Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to all staff. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing s, posting ads, and managing the hiring process. Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure a smooth introduction of new hires to the company culture and processes. Create training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and professional growth. Assist in the facilitation of performance management processes to maintain a high-performance culture. Manage disciplinary and grievance issues in a fair and consistent manner. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) data, in accordance with policy and legal requirements. Review employment and working conditions regularly to verify legal compliance. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices. Solid understanding of research methods and analysis. Computer literacy with capability in MS Office and related business and communication tools. Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of human resource information systems (HRIS). Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Aptitude in problem-solving and negotiation. A commitment to ethical behavior and understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
