Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader for the crucial position of VP of Investor Relations.
As a VP of Investor Relations, you will work closely with company leadership to set IR strategy, handle inquiries, and strategically position the company with shareholders.
Key Responsibilities: Work closely with c-suite to create robust investor relations strategies, acting as a liaison between investors, analysts, and company executives.Communicate financial performance, operational activities, and company vision, developing investor confidence.Manage inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and investors regarding investment-related matters.Conduct market analysis and present data on market trends, competitors, and shareholders.Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies, and regulations.Skills Required: 20+ years of experience, including working in-house investor relations.Demonstrated knowledge of the life sciences industry.Buy-side or sell-side experience preferred.Strong presentation skills and understanding of financial modeling & valuation.A bachelor's degree required; an MBA or post-graduate degree is an asset.
