Responsibilities:Create new paradigms for community-based benchmarking and evaluation, and bring them to reality through launched tooling. Work with the Kaggle Competitions team to run innovative competitions that produce research value and insights into AI models and methods.Collaborate with the Kaggle Competitions team to expand Kaggle's competitions platform to host and run LLM Benchmarks and community evaluations. Collaborate with Google DeepMind Researchers and external researchers.Publish valuable research about the field of AI and Machine Learning in academic journals and on Kaggle for the knowledge of the AI ecosystem. Represent Kaggle and Google at AI industry events, conferences, and other forums.Manage and lead the Kaggle Research team and define Kaggle's Research strategy.
