Salary Range: $130,000-$200,000 base plus 0.3 - 2% equity.

They are backed by Silicon Valley's top VC funds, and are leveraging cutting edge technologies in additive manufacturing, robotics, and data processing.

Our client is looking for a foundational leader to run one of the quickest growing factories in the world. This is a job for someone that has always worked with their hands, and who has a deep appreciation for engineering. You will interface directly with our customers, and be responsible for shipping America's latest aerospace parts.

Role Responsibilities: Owns all operations and management of the production floor, including day to day tasking, scheduling, non conformance management, and process engineering. Building out QC system. Can get hands on with Furnaces, 3D printers, and Robots. Own delivering to the customer. Building a system that ships on time, every time. Process continuous improvement. Raw goods supply chain.
