What You'll Be Doing Build a world-class marketing team responsible for demand generation, brand marketing, and product marketing.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to hit company goals, largely leveraging account based marketing and top of funnel demand generation.
Identify and target high-potential market segments through detailed analysis of the total addressable market.
Identify, engage, and convert the key accounts that could be transformative to our growth
Measure and report on the performance of different strategies you've implemented, then use this data to iterate toward higher and higher ROI activities
Who You Are 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation at B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or health tech.
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience at a small start up or scaling a high-growth marketing team.
Energized by owning lofty, impactful company goals, and are comfortable wearing many hats + learning new things to accomplish them.
Clear and concise communicator and analytical thinker. You're as comfortable writing a press release as you are digging into data.
Pay TransparencyThe estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $175,000-230,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position will also include equity, and employee benefits. Given Candid Health's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
