This role is pivotal in shaping the Hypercare brand and directly impacting healthcare providers and patient communities.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate sales leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into loyal customers.Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing and outbound team, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.Manage and coach the outbound sales team, optimizing prospecting processes and leveraging technology tools effectively.Equip the sales team with compelling marketing assets that highlight the value of Hypercare's solutions.Amplify success stories and customer testimonials that resonate with Hypercare's brand values.Coordinate key trade shows and conferences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Communicate updates and strategic initiatives to the leadership team, advocating for necessary resources.Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.Candidate QualitiesProven ability to create and implement scalable sales and marketing processes.Strong experience in B2B marketing with a focus on healthcare, ideally in medium to large enterprises.Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing teams, particularly in Series A to C companies.Excellent communication skills and a knack for making data-driven decisions.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges in a fast-paced environment.Is this you?Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of driving results.Experience in B2B marketing with a strong understanding of pipeline creation.Passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare.BenefitsComprehensive healthcare and dental benefits.15 days of paid vacation annually, with accrual.5 personal days per year, in addition to vacation time.10 paid sick leave days.Stock options available.Remote work flexibility with opportunities for in-person team collaboration.Job Type: Full-timePay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
