We are seeking a Head of Media Analytics & Insights responsible for the application of data driven insights into Amazon North America Stores (NAS) media planning, investment, and measurement process. As a leader in the team, you will be responsible as well to partner with stakeholder teams in the design and implementation of media attribution models across North America Stores.
Key job responsibilities Partner with our Customer Analytics team to design and lead the implementation of modern measurement plans and longer terms roadmapsDevelop and execute a NAS-wide measurement framework and KPIs that will be used to evaluate experiences and specific plans, campaigns, or investments across paid, owned, and earned media environmentsWrite documents and develop reporting providing clear analytics story - why the work is important, the truths that the analytics reveal, and the actions that should follow the analysesBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and groups, facilitating synergy between the central analytics teams and the marketing planning and activation functionsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing, finance or business analytics experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
