We are launching our search for our Head of Membership Sales and Engagement . This position will report to the General Manager of the Club. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU'LL DO Deploy sales and marketing strategy for membership pre-sales/sales of new club concept Responsible for club programming, including construct, plan, and activate all community events in partnership with the corporate leadership team Initiate and drive the sales and pre-sale strategy while recruiting founding members and general members to meet or exceed established goals Establish, drive, and sustain member experience and engagement Direct all aspects of the membership office Interact with the network of professionals in the Wellness Community Qualifications: WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL 3+ years successful experience in sales or related field; preferably in luxury products with high touch clientele Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications or Business Documented successful sales and operations experience, Pre-Sales experience a plus Ability to operate in a matrixed organization Immersion and deep knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth culture working in luxury product sales Spa/Fitness certification or CSLP (Certified Sales Leadership Professional), CPSP (Certified Professional Sales Person), a plus WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE AS A COLLEAGUE Competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental and 401k YouPlay Benefit - Exclusive access and discounted programs at Canyon Ranch properties Immersion Experience at our luxury properties Exciting opportunity to work with a team to expand the reach of an incredible brand to Fort Worth, Texas #LI-TH1
