Director of Operations and Logistics:We are seeking a Head of Operations to optimize and oversee our 3PL partnerships and refurbishment processes across multiple warehouse locations. This role will focus on improving throughput, managing external vendors, and driving cost efficiencies in the refurbishment process. As we plan for future expansion to the West Coast, the Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in scaling operations, ensuring goals are met, and continuously improving processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with 3PL warehouses, inventory management, and cost optimization, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stations while ensuring the efficient refurbishment and resale of items. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, is scrappy, and can wear multiple hats.

Leadership and Management:Oversee and optimize the refurbishment process across different stations within 3PL warehouses located in NJ and ATLManage vendor relationships, ensuring cost optimization, efficiency, and alignment with the company's sustainability goalsRegularly assess operational needs and develop strategies for warehouse and vendor efficiency improvementsSet measurable goals for throughput, station capacity, and unit production in line with business objectivesWork closely with external vendors to ensure adherence to SOPs and continuous improvement of the refurbishment processOperations and Optimization:Drive capacity planning to manage inventory, units in process, and refurbishment timelinesDevelop and implement optimization strategies for both staffing and technical tools across the 3PL networkTroubleshoot operational bottlenecks and drive solutions to ensure timely delivery of refurbished goodsCollaborate with the leadership team to align operational strategies with business goals and ensure scalabilityStrategic Planning:Lead operational initiatives for West Coast expansion, including building new vendor relationships and evaluating new warehouse locationsContinuously evaluate operational tools and resources, recommending improvements or new investments to drive efficiencyStay in tune with industry trends, ensuring Revive remains at the forefront of inventory optimization and sustainable practicesRequirements:5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or vendor management, ideally in a startup or high-growth environmentStrong experience working with 3PL warehouses and optimizing refurbishment processesDemonstrated success in managing external vendors and achieving cost and process efficienciesAbility to travel to NJ (weekly) and ATL (monthly)Scrappy and adaptable mindset, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environmentExperience with managing returns and refurbishment of itemsKnowledge of operational planning, warehouse throughput, and inventory managementPreferred Qualifications:Experience working at both startups and larger companies, balancing scrappiness with scalabilityBackground in logistics or operations in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with sustainability practices within the fashion or retail sectorsYou Will Love This Job Because:You will have the opportunity to shape and scale operations at a fast-growing, sustainability-driven startupYou will work in a remote environment with flexible travel, giving you freedom and flexibility in your roleYou will directly influence the company's growth strategy, including its expansion to the West CoastYou thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions make a real impactYou will play a key role in reducing fashion waste and driving the circular economyWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage401K planUnlimited PTOPosition Type / Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time, exempt position, with typical work hours of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
