REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience (5-10+ years) in a senior operational leadership role.Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry or digital asset ecosystems, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto operations, and relevant regulatory frameworks.Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize processes in fast-paced, innovative, and evolving industries like crypto.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms).
