Position Title: Head of Partnerships
Location: Washington DC Area - Remote
Salary: Competitive base + OTE (depending on experience)
Working Rhythm: Innovation is a 24-hour gig, but we value your downtime. Officially, your rhythm is set to the beat of 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. Unofficially? We know great ideas don't always stick to a schedule!
Contract Type: Full-time Contract
Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer
Travel: Up to 10% regional/international travel required.
Start Date: As Soon as Possible
Primary Role Objective: To establish a new function generating revenue from employer partnerships as well as channel partners in the US. Prior startup experience is essential for this role.

Play a hands-on role in negotiations during B2B sales, ensuring the closure of key deals. Drive growth by adapting sales tactics for different markets and optimizing sales performance through data-driven insights. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the EdTech or education industry. Demonstrated success in establishing processes and functions from scratch within a startup environment. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven track record of closing high-value international deals. Experience in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making to optimize sales performance. Proven ability to lead partnerships and business development initiatives, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics. Why Nexford?
