ClickUp is seeking a Pricing and Packaging leader that has strengths in developing comprehensive, end-to-end pricing strategies. This individual has a strong and balanced understanding of pricing models, monetization strategy, product packaging, and billing systems. The ideal Head of Pricing and Packaging understands the importance of pricing experimentation and has prior experience in working with cross-functional teams to build innovative pricing models and packaging strategies using data analysis and market research. You are an out-of-the-box creative problem-solver, who makes impactful decisions and works closely with the executive team.

The Role:Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and packaging strategiesLead the creation of innovative pricing models and packaging solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and executionConduct pricing experimentation to optimize revenue and growthIdentify new opportunities for pricing and packaging improvementsReport to senior leadership and provide insights on pricing strategiesQualifications:5+ years of direct experience in pricing and packaging rolesProven experience with billing systems, consumption-based pricing, and PLG pricingExperience in SaaS or tech industry preferredStrong analytical and strategic planning skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferredReady to make your mark at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies? Salary range: $230,000 - $271,500
