As Head of Private Client Growth, you will own our high net worth growth strategy and channel end-to-end.
The Opportunity Onboard the next wave of high net worth individuals into DeFi
Join a high-growth early stage startup redefining a vertical
Source and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals interested in crypto exposure or earning yield on crypto
Grow existing relationships through referrals
Who you are You have 5+ years of experience as a Wealth Advisor, Private Banker, Business Development, Client Services or Wealth Management Structuring professional
You have extensive experience building relationships with high net worth individuals
You have a demonstrated track record in new business development and client management
You can construct thoughtful argumentation on investment opportunities
You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
You have deep interest in crypto markets
Experience in crypto is a plus, but not required
