The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B product development, including a robust understanding of software, complemented by a proven track record of crafting engaging experiences. In this leadership role, you'll helm our product journey from ideation to execution.
As the architect of our product roadmap, you'll oversee our product team and engineering roadmap, directly reporting to the CEO. This position is not just about managing processes—it's about inspiring a team of brilliant minds to deliver groundbreaking solutions, actively forging new paths in talent optimization and championing user-centric innovation.
Product Strategy & Vision:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals.Identify market opportunities and define product direction to drive growth and engagement. Partner with Customer Success and Product team to design and enhance engaging customer experiences that are intuitive and user-friendly.Exceed our customer's expectations by partnering with them to scope custom integrations and solutions. Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept through launch and iteration.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, and customer success. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and customer empathy. Drive engagement with intelligence users through our desktop web app and.Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and retention of customers Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product direction and prioritization.Continuously monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align product strategies with business objectives.Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels. 8+ years of experience in product management with a focus in SaaS productsStrong empathy for customers and a passion for improving decisions through data analytics. .Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
