Job DescriptionRole: As Head of Product Marketing, ServiceNow.org, you will be a core member of the President's leadership team and have the opportunity to build the product marketing strategy and program of action to excite and mobilize the Nonprofit sector relative to ServiceNow and our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will deepen ServiceNow's understanding of customer needs and distill our platform and products, with extra focus on our GenAI platform, into compelling value propositions. This role will require thought leadership, captive storytelling, action-orientation, commitment to excellence and incredible teamwork.
This role will be critical to establishing ServiceNow as a global leader in using technology for impact. Key to that external leadership will be an expansion of not just our nonprofit customer base but also of their utilization of our platform for impact. It will require a close partnership with Sales, Product and Marketing leadership to match the needs of the nonprofit market with our unique product/solution differentiators.
What you will do in this role: Define ServiceNow's value proposition, working closely with product and sales, for nonprofit products and solutions, in all markets and cause categories; to develop positioning and messaging that articulates the unique benefits of ServiceNow.Translate the ServiceNow GenAI platform and story to nonprofit buyers, with compelling stories that excite and motivate.Create messaging and content, with captive narratives for the key buying centers, across the buyer journey such as: case studies, videos, eBooks, infographics and blog posts.Help manage ServiceNow.org's presence at key conferences and 3rd party events including speaker selection, support, content review and related event staff management.Help to fuel the growth of ServiceNow.org by scaling our most successful sales motions for target personas, aligned to mission areas and solutions, and solution-market fit.Demonstrate ROI across the platform by measuring and championing our most successful customers' outcomes.Leverage ServiceNow Competitive Intelligence broadly, and your knowledge of the nonprofit tech stack specifically, to provide world-class competitive analysis.Develop and deliver sales assets and enablement across a variety of asset types (research, white papers, presentations, data sheets/battlecards, first call decks, customer stories, e-books, etc.).Partner with our solution consulting team and product team to define compelling demo narratives.Evangelize ServiceNow.org stories, with a strong focus on GenAI in the market, in partnership with the President, including speaking at events when the President is not available.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have: Proven track record of accomplishment in developing highly impactful product marketing strategies in the B2B software industry (10+ years).5+ years in Product Marketing.Experience working with the nonprofit industry; showing authentic understanding of their business and objectives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to engage and present to C-level executives in relevant conversations.Ability to articulate complex topics with ease and simplicity to customers.Stakeholder management skills, spanning from Product Leaders to Marketers to Sales.Excellent collaboration skills to deliver work in partnership with cross-functional teams, partners and third parties.High-energy, take-charge personality with a strong sense of accountability for owning something end to end.A hungry and humble mindset.Up to 30% travel to support sales efforts and events.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Not sure if you meet every qualification?
