Copy.ai is a fully remote company. All employees must be able to work 9am-5pm in their timezone, Pacific to Eastern.
As the Head of Rev Ops you will be responsible for aligning and optimizing our GTM strategy, motion, and execution. You will build and streamline scalable GTM processes and align all of GTM (Sales, Marketing and CS) around a central GTM strategy. You are highly analytical and live in reporting and optimizing based off of the data. In addition, you are incredibly meticulous and detail-oriented. You have built out RevOps/SalesOps at previous SaaS startups and can both see the 10,000 ft birds eye view and roll up your sleeves on the ground. You will report to our CMO, and you will be a highly visible contributor with the opportunity to build the RevOps organization at a scaling startup.
What you'll do:Serve as the primary advisor to GTM sales leadership on end-to-end Go-To-Market operationsOwn all GTM quarterly and annual planning cyclesPerform strategic product, market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify new growth drivers or opportunities for improvementDefine, manage, and provide insights on key performance indicators across a range of segments and geographiesCollaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenueSupport the implementation of new systems and technologies that improve data collection and analysis capabilities.About you:6+ years RevOps or SalesOps experience at SaaS startupsCollaborative team player with a track record of partnering closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure our GTM motion is scalable and that all of our internal GTM Team are aligned around our strategy and execute on it effectivelyData-driven decision maker with a strong focus on execution and accountabilityProactive, organized problem-solver with the ability to execute at both the strategic and tactical levelExcellent at Salesforce reporting and field and automation creation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBased in the San Francisco Bay Area*Copy.ai is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
