Responsibilities
• Design and execute a go-to-market strategy• Leverage industry relationships to drive sales processes• Provide customer-driven iterative feedback for product development• Develop and implement strategic sales process• Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service• Build and manage a high-performing sales team• Represent the company externally at conferences and events• Report sales metrics and forecasts to the executive team
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with 5 years in a leadership role• Deep knowledge of the bond market and experience selling to retail brokerages• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Strong strategic and customer focus• Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals• Ability to travel for meetings and events
