Summary of Role: The Head of U.S. Sales will create new business opportunities for the region. This is an individual contributor role with the capacity to hire and grow a small sales team. The key purpose of this role is to bring in new logos that translate into multi-year engagements by regularly delivering key value propositions to their clients. This is a "true hunter" role and that requires someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working autonomously building the sales function in the U.S.

Responsibilities: Generate business opportunities from new clients – network with Clients, Vendors and Business Partners in the U.S. Timely and effectively communicate the client's demands to the solution team and ensure clients receive their requested services on time Research and analyze information on business opportunities that align with their technology capability across different industry verticals Define and launch lead generation campaigns to promote the business and develop a pipeline of leads and opportunities Create quarterly and annual Business Development and Sales plans for the client's offeringsPresent an update to executive leadership team weekly, in regards to leads generated and leads closed as well as opportunity pipeline and execution Establish sales objectives, build the confidence of customers and partners, develop sales & marketing plans to enable business growth Liaising with internal team and vendors for developing marketing product & services offerings, handouts and technical promotional literature Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or related degree)10+ years of sales experience selling Data Engineering, Analytics, Platform Development and Run, Cloud Migration, SAP Implementation & Management or CRM Implementation in the US marketMust have recent proven track record of bringing in new logos and meeting sales quotas
