In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Direct Sanctions Technology Strategy
Manage technology delivery across vendor products and in-house developed capabilities
Identify capabilities to drive completeness, accuracy, and efficiency of our screening
Partner with stakeholders and partners to collaborate on innovative solutions
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Advanced degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 12 + years of experience in systems analysis and program development with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Sanctions Technology Experience, with strong familiarity with capabilities of industry leading solutions such as Fircosoft or Bridger.
Experience in the design, build, implementation and maintenance of complex technology platforms
People Leadership of technology resources to empower, enable, and develop their skillsets and performance.
Hands on Development experience earlier in career
