Compensation: $300,000-$350,000 total package.
Your Key Impact AreasStrategic Finance Enablement: Partner with the CFO on high-stakes initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and process improvement projects.Executive Liaison: Act as a trusted intermediary for CFO communications, ensuring timely execution of deliverables across the Finance leadership team.Insightful Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on regulatory, accounting, operational, and capital topics, providing actionable insights.Ad-Hoc Financial Excellence: Lead financial modeling and analysis for M&A transactions and special projects.Task Optimization: Develop robust task management systems to monitor and streamline key actions and deadlines.High-Caliber Presentation Prep: Craft polished, executive-level materials for senior management and board presentations.Investor Relations Management: Oversee the investor relations function, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful external communications.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will bring: A strong foundation in Accounting (5+ years) complemented by experience in project management, strategic initiatives, or corporate development.Advanced qualifications such as a CPA, MBA, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.Industry expertise in insurance, with a preference for experience in life, annuities, or reinsurance.Proficiency in advanced tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (with a knack for creating impactful visual data representations).Familiarity with Adobe and document management platforms, including secure board/management portals.Ready to Take the Next Step?This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the intersection of finance, strategy, and leadership.
