This position serves our communities by: Monitoring medication managementPerforming resident assessmentsProviding leadership and guidance on health issuesProviding onsite medical careCommunicating changing medical needs to the team and family membersChampioning high quality and infection controlVerifying physician ordersCommunicating move-in/move-out informationSupervising the ordering, delivery, transcription, and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders under their authority.
