Essential Job Functions:
The Health Plan Marketing Rep will have a vital role in medical plan's, membership growth, and retention. Responsible for highly sensitive levels of interaction. Demonstrates decision making and problem-solving skills, including collecting and analyzing information and development of alternative courses of action. Be a subject expert on presenting, promoting and marketing our programs to all interested individuals, groups, community organizations, healthcare professionals, etc. Attention to detail and the ability to perform job duties with minimum direction are essential to this position. Develop presentations to various target audiences. Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with community contacts. Assure compliance with organizations Marketing policies and procedures.
Identify and enlist the cooperation of individuals, groups, social service agencies and other community organizations in marketing activities Conduct presentations and perform other activities to gain members and maintain and/or establish positive relationships with community organizations. Research, organize, and develop marketing events Participate in community events Maintain accurate calendar of community and events. Define strategies for successfully meeting membership goals and provide feedback to management Track and trend membership and market trends. Reporting on activities and results. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with member population for the primary purpose of increasing enrollment and decreasing disenrollment. Supports the development of and makes recommendations for new marketing programs and services Maintains a database of community contacts, service organizations, businesses, schools, churches, events, and other appropriate groups Evaluates success/outcomes of community events and other marketing efforts. Regularly communicates results Look for additional marketing and retention opportunities Qualifications: Must be bilingual with fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent oral and written communication skills Must pass a Spanish proficiency examination prior to hire LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable motor vehicle This position requires travel within the service area: Denton, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Tarrant, and Wise Counties of Texas
