Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
We are seeking a Health Psychologist to:
Provide clinical services to adult outpatients focused on addressing behavioral and lifestyle changes that assist with weight management.
Conduct bariatric presurgical psychological evaluations, individual follow-up health psychology sessions, and facilitate group medical visits with program dietitians and advanced practice providers.
Receive referrals from and collaborate with medical providers within the Medical and Surgical Weight Management program, including bariatricians and surgeons.
Consult with our multi-disciplinary bariatric team concerning surgical candidates and post-operative patients.

Education:
Minimum – Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field
Work Experience:
Minnimum – One ( 1) year of post-doc experience in the area of Behavioral Health in a medical setting
Preferred – One (1) year of clinical experience or two (2) years of post-doctoral experience in the area of Health Psychology in a medical setting
Certifications:
Minimum –
Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice
