Health Services Director

Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a nationally recognized Senior Living organization experiencing a rapid growth phase.
We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Health Services Director (RN) opportunity near Kirkland, WA.
This position is a key part of the onsite leadership team providing direct healthcare services to patients and leadership to the nursing team.

Position: Health Services Director (RN)

Location: Kirkland, WA

Duties:

Providing direct leadership to the nursing team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care Units. Creating care plans, providing oversight for clinical charting, and working directly with families and physicians. Providing community leadership to support and coach our employees in the appropriate care of our assisted living and memory care residents.
Qualifications: Current and valid WA State RN License At least 2+ years of recent supervisory experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care or assisted living preferred Knowledge of the most up-to-date compliance/safety and infection control practices Nurse delegation experience Compensation: Competitive Salary Full Benefits & PTO Ongoing training programs Employee appreciation days!
