We offer an hourly rate ranging from $43.00 to $46.00, with an annual equivalent of approximately $86,000 to $92,000, based on 40-hour work weeks and 50 of 52 working weeks per year. Overtime (OT) is compensated at 1.5 times the base rate, adding to the overall compensation based on actual hours worked.
Job Description/Experience:
We are seeking a Lead Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in coordinating the operational Health Care Compliance (HCC) program elements for our Innovative Medicine North America (NA) and Global Functions (GF) organizations. Your responsibilities will include developing and administering policies and procedures, conducting training, communicating effectively, assessing risks, reporting metrics, reviewing transactions and materials, and implementing testing and monitoring programs. As the HCC Program Management Analyst, you will work closely with HCC Officers (HCCOs) to provide support and foster partnerships across all levels of management, employees, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular oversight and monitoring activities, leveraging data analysis to drive insights and automation.
Collaborate with HCCOs to provide guidance on business programs and processes based on monitoring insights.
Undertake special projects and prepare presentations highlighting monitoring trends and areas of risk.
Serve as a liaison between HCC Officers, Compliance & Technology Integration (CTI), and Global Assessment and Consulting Services (GACS) to enhance program management oversight and monitoring efforts.
Identify and implement business efficiencies, process improvements, and enhanced reporting capabilities to ensure a sustainable HCC program.
Assist in coordinating the Risk Assessment process and drive process improvements across the team.
Conduct transactional reviews and engage with business partners to provide guidance on HCC-sensitive topics.
Collaborate on developing and revising training materials to support the HCC program elements.
Assist in revising HCC policy manuals and supporting documents as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum of 1 year of business experience
Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills
Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
High quality standard, strong work ethic, and professionalism
Experience in process improvement and analyzing large datasets
Proficiency in Excel and ability to build Macros
Familiarity with Alteryx and Power Automate is a plus
Experience with program management
Preferred:
At least 1 year of experience in HCC or a compliance-related area
Ability to work in a complex business environment
Experience in system or process enhancements
Strong analytical skills and experience with database and reporting tools
Prior experience or training in analytics
Knowledge of web-based reporting tools, website maintenance, or SharePoint
Experience in Healthcare Compliance transparency reporting or financial data analysis
Familiarity with data modeling tools
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
