We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent with a background in healthcare construction to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage and supervise construction personnel, including subcontractors and laborers Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to identify and resolve issues Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement Ensure all safety regulations and standards are followed on site Communicate project status and escalate issues as necessary Attend and participate in project meetings, as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred, but not required 7+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on healthcare construction Strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards Strong project management skills and experience with project scheduling and budget management Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software such as PROCORE We offer competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
