We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Coordinator to join our team at United Energy Workers Healthcare. As a HHA (Home Health Aide) Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our clients. About the Role As a HHA Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate home health aide services, ensuring that all administrative tasks related to HHA operations are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes paperwork management, hiring and orientation of HHAs, scheduling, client and HHA support, and communication with Case Managers. You will be responsible for printing, assembling, and reviewing HHA packets, ensuring that all necessary documents are complete and up-to-date. Additionally, you will assist with the hiring, orientation, and ongoing training of HHAs, including IPOC charting and in-service updates. Key Responsibilities: Paperwork Management: Print, assemble, and review HHA packets; ensure all HHA paperwork is complete and up-to-date. Hiring & Orientation: Assist with the hiring, orientation, and ongoing training of HHAs, including IPOC charting and in-service updates. Scheduling: Coordinate HHA schedules and manage 24-hour patient scheduling; handle call-ins and replacements as needed. Client & HHA Support: Maintain updated client/HHA lists, prepare and deliver client care kits, and coordinate with Case Managers regarding client needs. Administrative Duties: Assist with scanning, naming, and uploading HHA paperwork; maintain office folders for backup; ensure timely submission of HHA notes. Communication: Update HHAs on procedure changes and coordinate with Case Managers on HHA plans of care. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as proficiency in computer and internet-based applications, and office machines. Knowledge of client-based equipment and safe working practices is also essential. In addition, you will need to have a CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be able to handle confidential information with professionalism and respect, and pass a criminal background check.
