Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Healthcare Operations Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical offices and surgery centers across several locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on optimizing operational processes, improving patient flow, and ensuring the highest standards of care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple medical offices and surgery centers, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality of care.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational targets are met.
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare staff, including administrative and clinical personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Collaborate with medical directors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to align operations with clinical objectives and patient care standards.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
Identify and implement technology solutions to improve operational processes, patient scheduling, and electronic health records (EHR) management.
Address and resolve operational issues, patient complaints, and staff concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions and process enhancements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a healthcare setting, with a focus on managing multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including medical office and surgery center workflows, patient scheduling, and EHR systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools (e.g., EHR systems, practice management software).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
