Responsibilities:
Engage in sourcing, negotiating, and managing client relationships within the healthcare domain.
Utilize our extensive candidate database to source, screen, interview, and introduce qualified candidates to our nationwide clientele.
Maintain accurate candidate records within our CRM system.
Leverage social media platforms to promote job openings and attract potential candidates.
Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills when faced with challenging situations.
Effectively communicate job opportunities to healthcare providers and negotiate terms with candidates.
Uphold a high standard of written and oral communication.
Engage in cold-calling to reach out to prospective clients and candidates.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of successful recruiting experience.
Proven ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
Willingness to learn and adapt, with a goal-oriented and organized approach.
Knowledge of the medical field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in meeting weekly performance targets.
