Job Title:  Healthcare Team Lead Location: WFH/REMOTE | TX/NC/FL residents ONLY TEMPORARY Role:  November - February 202 5 (potential for conversion to perm NOT a guarantee) Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hourly Schedule: Monday Friday | 8am 8pm Eastern Time Zone  *Occasional Saturdays based on business need* Job Responsibilities: Lead and coach remote teams performing Benefit Verifications. Monitor employee performance and ensure quality control. Support team members with issue resolution and task completion. Assist with training initiatives and communicate openly with staff. Escalate issues and propose solutions to supervisors. Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare REQUIRED . 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience REQUIRED . Knowledge of benefit investigations and remote team management preferred.
