The Work:
As a HealthEdge HealthRules Payer Software Engineer Leader, your primary responsibilities may include:
Lead the design and development of the integrations between HealthRules Payer and the rest of the customer's technology ecosystem.
Work with client requirements, technical architects and program leadership to scope and design integrations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for integration.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
Travel may be required for this role.
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with HealthRules Payer and HealthRules Payer integrations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with health insurance processes, including claims processing, enrollment, benefits, and provider management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading integration efforts for large-scale system implementations or upgrades.
HealthEdge Certification.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree, 6 years of work experience).
Proficiency in managing multiple complex customizations client arrangements.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resource plans.
Experience in a leadership role in a diverse, fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
Experience in Market Prominence, Availity, Zipari or PaySpan/Zelis.
Experience working with the HMEM eligibility tool between HealthRules Payer and Market Prominence.
Experience migrating a plan to a new technology platform.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
District of Columbia: $99,500 to $206,700
New York: $86,500 to $224,600
Maryland: $86,500 to $179,700
Washington: $99,500 to $206,700
