Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Merlo Construction Co., Inc. is a fast-growing, diversified excavating and concrete company in need of an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic. We have an immediate opening for a full-time mechanic.

Essential Qualifications and Job Responsibilities: Previous heavy equipment or small equipment preferred. Experience with repair and troubleshooting of engine, powertrain and hydraulics. Experience with electrical troubleshooting is a plus. Ability to work on multiple types of equipment. Welding experience preferred. Occasionally will lift from 50 – 100 pounds. Regular and prompt attendance is required. Other Requirements: Valid Driver's License (CDL Preferred). Able to complete all required paperwork efficiently. Background Check.
