Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Baker Implement Company is Hiring Technicians About the Job: The position will require technicians to operate, diagnose, and work on equipment confidently. The technician will be required to complete service jobs and diagnose and change parts on equipment. Benefits: $16-$30 per hour, depending on experience and location $800-$1,400 per week, depending on experience and location Avg 4-8 hours of Overtime available per week Company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance 401k match 5 days paid vacation PTO available in year 1 Requirements: Basic understanding of electric, hydraulic, fuel, and A/C systems Ability to remove and replace failed components Technician must have their own tools Available to work overtime on weekdays or weekends, if needed Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis Must have valid Class E driver's license or be able to obtain within 30 days About Baker Implement Company Baker Implement Company is a Case IH dealer specializing in selling tractors, combines, sprayers, tillage equipment, and headers.
