We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Rutland, MA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operating various heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes, in a safe and efficient manner.
This position requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment to complete projects.

Conduct pre-operation inspections and perform routine maintenance on machinery.

Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to ensure project specifications are met.

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
Hoisting License is required.

Commercial Drivers License (CDL) is preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
