Title: Help Desk Intern Department: IT Location: South Plainfield, NJ Responsibilities : Level 1 Support, troubleshooting software, hardware, networking, phone and general IT infrastructure Use of Help Desk system to document problems and their solutions, and analyze that data to improve performance and training. Install and configure software, print drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on workstations and computer networks. Backs up IT Manager for all Install/Move/Add/Change requests, including on-boarding of new hires and off-boarding of separated employees Responds in a timely manner to incidents and requests submitted by end-users and assigned by management Assists with additional IT projects as needed Qualifications : Enrollment in / Completion of a Bachelor's Degree program required A desire to work in the IT field Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential Scripting experience preferred (Powershell/Bash) For more information, please visit To review and apply to our open positions please visit .
