Job Description:
You will be providing tier 1 Technical Support to external clients utilizing the company's software, hardware, and services. If you have experience working in a technical support or help desk environment, enjoy providing great customer service, and want to be a part of a fast-growing company helping the community, this may be the role for you!
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of Help Desk/Tech Support experience.
Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and networks.
Knowledge of basic networking comprehension (switching & server knowledge, Quality of service)
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Provides excellent customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Bonus Experience:
Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+ or CISCO.
Experience with Microsoft Teams.
