Details of the offer

Piper Companies is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join a business consulting company. This is fully onsite in El Paso, TX.

Essential Duties of the Help Desk Technician:

Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users at our client's site in a courteous manner.
Perform desk-side/in-person user assistant to include software/hardware troubleshooting, upgrade, installation, and configuration.
Manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure AD.
Shipping/Receiving IT equipment
Onsite IT asset tracking and management
Qualifications of the Help Desk Technician: 1+ years of technical support or help desk experience.
High school diploma required. Preferred to have Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical field.
Experience providing software, hardware, network, and computer user support
Working knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, network cabling, wireless, and remote access practices.
Compensation for the Help Desk Technician: $45,000 - $47,000 (based on experience)
